Delivery time: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.

Processing Time: Before shipping your order, normally we need 3-5 business days to prepare your products because some products are made by special technics, do strict quality-control tests and carefully package the items. So the processing time is separate from the shipping time. Kindly note a small number of orders may still need between 7-10 business days depending on stock availability.

Shipping time: Normally it will take 8-15 business days（some places will take 1-2months because of the long distance, such as South Africa, etc.) by Standard Shipping method.

• Free shipping is available for orders over $80

About Tracking:

All orders are trackable. You can track the shipping info here once we informed you we shipped out the package.

We will update the tracking number by email after the order shipped, and you can also find the tracking number on your account.
